Indian Spiced Chicken

I first made this dish during "A Week With June Cleaver" . . . the present I gave my husband for Valentine's Day in 2007. It was the perfect June Cleaver dinner, because it looks beautiful in a casserole dish. It's delicious and filling, and makes great leftovers.
