Got black bananas? This recipe is your new best friend. If you don't like almond flavoring, you can use vanilla instead for the frosting--but I think the almond is what makes this cake so good. I have made it with three bananas before, but two is totally sufficient.
*(Oh, and if you don't have buttermilk or kefir (Click here for my What is Kefir? post), add a scant tsp of vinegar to 2/3 cup milk)
